If the purchase turned out to be wrong, you can return it. Everything you need to know is below.
14-day returns
- You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw, without giving a reason.
- Write to kontakt@go4pet.pl, all we need is the order number and what you are returning.
- Send the goods back to GO TRUCK SOLUTION sp. z o.o., Oleska 18a, 46-331 Kolonia Biskupska, Poland. The cost of return postage is covered by the buyer.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used.
- We also refund the delivery cost, up to the price of the cheapest delivery option in the shop. If you chose a more expensive one, the difference stays with you.
Complaints
If the goods arrived damaged or faulty, write to kontakt@go4pet.pl, describe the problem and attach photos. We reply within 14 days. We are liable for defects for 2 years from delivery of the goods.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, it is best to have the courier draw up a damage report. It is not a condition of the complaint, but it speeds things up considerably.
