Straight from the producer
GO4PET is a Polish brand that looks after every stage of production. We make, pack and ship our products ourselves, with no middlemen. That is how we offer the highest quality at a fair price.
- Natural ingredients, simple recipes
- We believe in the power of nature. Our products contain only proven, natural ingredients. We do not add anything unnecessary, just what your pet actually needs.
- Focused on quality
- We are not a mass-production factory. We specialise in a few key products and refine them. We launch something new only when we are sure of its quality.
- Transparent prices
- Every product has a price per kilogram. You can easily compare the options and pick the one that suits you. No hidden costs, no surprises.
- Close to you
- As the producer, we are always within reach. Our name on the packaging means you are talking to the people who made the product, not to an anonymous call centre. Your questions and comments come straight to us, because at GO4PET what matters is you and your pet.
Choosing GO4PET means choosing quality and trust.
Not sure which litter to choose?
Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about litter, delivery and returns
How much litter should go into the box?
Wood and corn litter: a 3 to 5 cm layer. Bentonite: 5 to 7 cm, because in a shallower layer the clumps do not hold together and fall apart when scooped.
How long does one bag last?
A 10 kg bag of wood litter lasts one or two cats longer than two weeks. If it runs out faster, a 15 kg bag is more convenient, although the 10 kg pack has the lowest price per kilogram. We show the unit price with every product.
Which litter makes the least dust?
Wood litter. The granules do not crumble when poured or dug in, so almost no dust rises above the box. The other types also have a low dust level.
Can used litter be flushed down the toilet?
Not bentonite: clumped clay blocks the drain, so it goes into mixed waste. Wood litter can be composted and corn litter treated as bio-waste, according to the rules in your local council.
Is the litter suitable for rodents?
Wood litter, yes: for rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets and birds. It also works as an absorbent lining in a carrier. Bentonite and corn litter are intended for cats.
When do you dispatch orders?
The same day. InPost and Orlen parcels go out for orders placed by 13:30, DPD and DHL by 10:30.
How much is delivery and when is it free?
We ship with parcel lockers and couriers across Poland. An InPost parcel locker costs PLN 15.99 and a courier PLN 19.99. On orders from PLN 69 delivery is free, whichever method you choose.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. The withdrawal form is on the Returns and complaints page.
