The go4pet.pl online shop is run by GO TRUCK SOLUTION sp. z o.o., GO TRUCK SOLUTION spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kolonia Biskupska (Oleska 18A, 46-331 Kolonia Biskupska, Poland), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001150748 by the District Court in Opole, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, VAT ID (NIP) 7831920787, REGON 540697715, share capital PLN 5,000. 1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for selling goods through the go4pet.pl shop and the rights and obligations of both parties. The shop sells within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. Definitions
- Seller - GO TRUCK SOLUTION sp. z o.o., operator of the go4pet.pl shop.
- Customer - the person placing an order in the shop.
- Consumer - a natural person making a purchase unrelated to business activity.
- Sole trader with consumer rights - a natural person running a business for whom the purchase is not of a professional character; such a person has consumer rights regarding withdrawal from the contract and warranty.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed by adding goods to the cart and completing the form. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, sent to the Customer's e-mail address.
4. Prices and payments
All prices in the shop are gross prices and include VAT. Prices do not cover delivery costs, which are shown before the order is placed.
Available payment methods: bank transfer to the Seller's account, as well as online payments (BLIK, fast transfer, card) handled by an external payment provider.
5. Delivery
Orders paid by 13:30 on working days are dispatched the same day. The rest go out on the next working day. Delivery costs and methods are described on the Delivery and payment page.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer, and a sole trader with consumer rights, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason. It is enough to send a statement to kontakt@go4pet.pl before the deadline expires.
The customer covers the cost of returning the goods. The Seller refunds the payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method.

7. Complaints and goods not conforming to the contract
The Seller is liable for goods not conforming to the contract for 2 years from delivery. A complaint can be submitted to kontakt@go4pet.pl, describing the defect and attaching photos. The Seller examines the complaint within 14 days.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including help from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman and the regional inspector of the Trade Inspection. The list of bodies authorised to resolve consumer disputes out of court is kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
9. Personal data

10. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Seller may amend these terms for important reasons; orders placed before an amendment are governed by the previous wording.
