Everything you need to know is below.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14-day returns<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw, without giving a reason.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Write to kontakt@go4pet.pl, all we need is the order number and what you are returning.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Send the goods back to GO TRUCK SOLUTION sp. z o.o., Oleska 18a, 46-331 Kolonia Biskupska, Poland. The cost of return postage is covered by the buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We refund within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We also refund the delivery cost, up to the price of the cheapest delivery option in the shop. If you chose a more expensive one, the difference stays with you.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the goods arrived damaged or faulty, write to kontakt@go4pet.pl, describe the problem and attach photos. We reply within 14 days. We are liable for defects for 2 years from delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged parcel<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, it is best to have the courier draw up a damage report.
